A court of criminal Sohag issued a sentence for 5 years imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 pounds, for the accused, “I A”, for accusing him of a firearm without licenses in the Gerga Center, south of Sohag Governorate.
The details of the incident are due to the beginning of this year, when the security services in the Jarra Center Department received information stating that the accused had a firearm, an automatic rifle, without a license in the center’s department.
The procedures were codified, the necessary investigations were made, and the information received from the secret sources was confirmed, the accused was arrested, and in his confrontation, he confessed to the incident, the firearm was confiscated, and the accused was referred to the criminal court, which issued its ruling on the accused of the fine of 10 thousand pounds and imprisonment 5 years.
A person was killed and 2 wounded in a quarter -transport car in Sohag
In another context, at the end of the fifth decade of life, a driver was killed, and 2 others were injured as a result of a quarter of a transport car loaded with ceramic in the Balina Center in Sohag Governorate.
The incident began when the concerned agencies in Sohag received a notification of a calamity of a quarter -transport car in the western desert road in the Balina Center, and the presence of a deceased and two injured.
The concerned authorities were immediately moved and it was found that a quarter -transport car was overturned by ceramic, as a result of a defect in the front of the car that led to its overturning on the side of the road.
The accident resulted in the death of the driver of the car, Hamdi A, 49 years old, and the injury of Rashad AR – 27 years old, Mahmoud MA – 32 years old, and everyone on the side of the Juhayna Center, and the ambulances were paid, the deceased and the injured were transferred to the Kawlik Hospital in Sohag, and the necessary report was released.
