The Cairo Court of Appeal determined the July 21 session, the first session of the trial of the accused of harassing a girl inside a clothing store and in the middle of the street, in the Matareya area in Cairo, in front of the 18 crimes, in the North Cairo Court, held in Abbasiya.

For his part, lawyer Khaled Rizk, the defense of the victim of harassment in Al -Matareya, told Cairo 24, that the registration and description of the case is an indecent assault of his client, so the case was referred to the criminal court, in the incident observed from the surveillance cameras, which proved that the accused’s follower of the victim, and the touch of parts of her body, intended to assault her offer, if he bought some of the needs of the place of clothes.
In the same context, Arwa, the victim of the attack in the middle of the street, said in a live broadcast with Cairo 24: The person turned out that he is practicing activities outside the honorable context of ethics.
She added that she was harassed a month ago when she was walking in the street, where she touched sensitive parts of her body, and when she told her mother what happened, she told her that she might be prepared for her to harass her.
She concluded that the accused was harassing her when she went to a clothes store, while while she was standing in the shop, she felt that he touched her chastity.
