The Women’s Committee at the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority organized a special event on the occasion of the International Day of Engineers, which included a number of dialogue sessions, workshops and various activities in which more than 60 employees from various sectors of the authority participated. Fatima Mohamed Al -Joker, Chairman of the Committee, stressed that the senior administration attaches great importance to empowering women, especially in the energy and water sectors, and is keen to celebrate this day in appreciation of the contributions of women’s cadres in the engineering sector, and to enhance the spirit of innovation and cognitive exchange between engineers.
