A state of sadness and sorrow prevailed among the students of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Menoufia, after the death of their colleague Shaima Mahmoud, following the tragic accident that occurred on Friday morning on the regional road in the Ashmoun Center, and resulted in the death of 19 people who were on their way to work.

A number of the student’s colleagues and the family of the college mourned the deceased, praying to God to shroud her with the mercy of his mercy and inspire her family and her families with patience and solace, stressing that she was loved and creative, and dreamed of a bright future, but destiny did not give her.

A source revealed the visit of Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, at the head of a delegation from the Red Crescent and a representative from the Council of Ministers to the village of Kafr El -Senabsa, affiliated to the Menouf Center, to offer condolences to the families of the victims of the regional road in Menoufia.

The source emphasized the keenness of the Minister of Solidarity and all the concerned agencies to provide the necessary support to the families of the victims of the regional road accident in Menoufia, after the terrible accident that the governorate witnessed on Friday.

For his part, Major General Ibrahim Abu Laimon, Governor of Menoufia, mourned the victims of the regional road accident that occurred on Friday and resulted in a number of deaths and injured, expressing his sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, calling on the Almighty to shroud the deceased with his mercy and to inspire their families with patience and solace, and to grant those with a speedy recovery.
