Today, Cairo witnessed the signing of a strategic partnership and a memorandum of understanding between the Egyptian Society for the Supply Supply Series and the company “SM”, to cooperate at the “Egy Health” exhibition and the Arab Health Bodies Forum, which Egypt hosted in its second session for the first time.
Extensive Egyptian Arab cooperation at the “EG Health” exhibition to support supply chains and localization of the medical industry
This came on the sidelines of the first African Summit for Investment in Health Care, which was held today on the sidelines of the Africa Health Excon, in the presence of Dr. Hisham State, Chairman of the Unified Purchase Authority, and Dr. Ahmed Al -Sobky, Chairman of the Health Care Authority.
This partnership places the Egyptian Association for the Series of Health Care supply, as a strategic partner in the upcoming fifth session of the “EGHEGHETE” exhibition, and will also support Egypt’s hosting of the second session of the “Arab Health Authority Forum” for the first time on its territory.
Dr. Hisham State, Chairman of the Egyptian Purchase Authority, stated that “the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding represents a very important strategic step towards enhancing cooperation between the various actors in the health care system and comes within the series of continuous successes that the state recorded in organizing major conferences and exhibitions, led by Africa Health, which contributed to highlighting Egypt’s organizational and technical capabilities in the health sector.”
State added that Egypt’s hosting of the second session of the Arab Health Bodies Forum for the first time in Egypt represents a golden opportunity to enhance regional cooperation and exchange best practices between Arab countries in the areas of unified purchase and supply chains management.
He pointed out that the Egyptian Association for the Health Care supply series, with its strategic partnership with the SM organization for the EGHehelith Exhibition, will play a pivotal role in exchanging knowledge and experiences, which supports our continuous efforts to develop the efficiency of supply chain and secure the needs of the health sector to the fullest extent.
State expected that this partnership between the association and SM will result in tangible positive results that contribute to achieving Egypt’s vision to provide integrated and sustainable health care, and to enhance its position as a pioneering regional center in the field of medical services.
Dr. Ahmed Al -Sobky, Chairman of the General Authority for Health Care, stressed that the cooperation of the Egyptian Authority for the Unified purchase and the Egyptian Society for the Health Care supply chain (EHSCA) and organized companies reflects the state’s clear orientation towards supporting serious initiatives that contribute to enhancing investment in the health of Africa and enhancing the presence of the Egyptian state professionally on international and regional health care platforms
He added that the first summit for investment in the health of Africa held on the sidelines of the Africa conference and exhibition will establish Egypt as a regional center for healthcare industry and development on the continent.
Al -Sobky explained that the “EGHEGHETE” exhibition – has also become one of the most prominent health activities in the region – and represents a strategic platform to display the latest medical solutions and technologies, and also provides a fertile environment for dialogue and integration between governmental and private health institutions.
He pointed out that the establishment of the “Arab Health Care Forum – the second session” in Egypt. For the first time, it is a certificate of international confidence in the leadership of the Egyptian experience in developing the health sector.
Dr. Al -Sobky said: “Through these partnerships, we look forward to supporting digital transformation strategies, expanding smart supply chains, and enhancing regional integration in the areas of health care, which is reflected directly on the quality of the lives of citizens in Egypt and the region.”
He added: “The Eiji Health exhibition and the Arab bodies forum together constitute a new starting point towards localizing medical industries, exchanging experiences, and building cross -border cooperation networks between Arab health bodies, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the sustainable development agenda.”
Mohamed Kamel, President of the SM Exhibition Regulatory Company, stressed that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Egyptian Society for the Health Care Supply series (EHSCA) represents an important strategic partnership that contributes to supporting the major goals of the “Igi Health” exhibition, and enhancing its position as a leading regional platform for the advancement of the health care sector.
The President of the SM company added that the “EGHEGHEGETE 2025” exhibition in its fifth session – scheduled to be held from 18 to 20 September at the Cairo International Convention Center – Nasr City – witnesses the participation of major local and international companies working in the sector to see the latest innovations and technologies in the world of health care, in addition to the presence of high -level Arab delegations, which confirms that the exhibition has become an important annual forum for decision -makers, experts and professionals in the health sector At the level of the region.
