In this context, the speech of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Acts and Youth Affairs, came during his participation in the twenty -eighth session of the Saint Petersburg Economic Forum 2025, to emphasize the prominent role that the Kingdom of Bahrain plays in the process of economic development, with a focus on its ambitious vision of 2030 and its investment in international partnerships, especially with Russia, China and the Gulf states.
Bahraini successes and future aspirations: His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa first paid attention to the achievements achieved by the Kingdom of Bahrain thanks to the wise leadership of His Majesty the Great King, which laid the foundations of comprehensive and sustainable development. He stated that the Kingdom has succeeded in attracting external investments, modernizing its infrastructure, and enhancing its digital capabilities, thanks to studied economic policies aimed at diversifying sources of income. He also pointed out that Bahrain is in the process of preparing a new national plan that extends until 2050, focusing on innovation, digitization and sustainability, to ensure the ability to adapt to global changes and enhance its competitiveness.
