His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God bless him” and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Bureau, also received similar congratulatory telegrams on the occasion of the new Hijri year of kings, presidents, princes and heads of governments of Arab and Islamic countries.
