Abu Dhabi Police has identified 4 procedures followed to regulate pedestrian traffic, which is the establishment of shaded infantry bridges in vital areas and the allocation of smart pedestrian signals to ensure safe transit and the use of radars and surveillance cameras to follow up the commitment of drivers to give the priority of pedestrians and implement continuous awareness and educational campaigns.
