The police officers immediately moved, and the fight of its parties was revealed by both Abdo M.M. 48 years old, a worker and resident of the department’s department, and his friend Mahmoud H-18 years old, a worker and resident of the same address with a “spraying cartridge”, and Mustafa PF- 23 years old, a student and resident of the department’s department with a spraying cartridge in the right shoulder, and they were transferred to the Sohag General Hospital “First party”, 35 years old, unemployed – resident of the Balina Center.
The two sides of the fight were seized in the possession of the second party used the weapon used, and they exchanged accusations between them by attacking each of them on the other by insulting and the second party firing a gunfire from the arms seized in his possession, causing the second and third injury from the first party after a verbal argument between them due to a dispute between the first from the first party and the second party on the ownership of a motorcycle.
The necessary report was released in preparation for the presentation to the competent investigation authorities.
