Mr. Jassim Mohamed Al -Badawi, Secretary -General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, stated that today, Tuesday, in the Qatari capital, Doha, the forty -ninth exceptional meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Cooperation Council will be held, headed by His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Ali Al Yahya, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Chairman of the current session of the Ministerial Council, and the presence of His Highness, Excellencies and Excellency Foreign Ministers of the Cooperation Council states.
The Secretary -General stated that the cabinet of the Cooperation Council will discuss, during his convening of the latest developments in the Iranian missile attack that targeted the sisterly State of Qatar.
He stressed that this meeting comes as an affirmation of the countries of the Cooperation Council standing one row with the brothers in Qatar, and also emphasizing that Qatar’s security and stability is an integral part of the security and stability of the GCC states
