Major General Ashraf Al -Jundi, Governor of Gharbia, approved coordination of admission to the first general secondary and technical grade (general – private – private hotel – technical) for the academic year 2025/2026, for students with a certificate of completion of the study in the basic education stage for the academic year 2024/2025, within the framework of Gharbia Governorate’s keenness to provide a fair educational environment and accurate planning for students ’admission according to the actual capacity of each school.

The Governor of Gharbia stressed that the adoption of admission degrees came based on the study submitted by the Directorate of Education, taking into account the densities in the classes, geographical distribution, and providing fair educational opportunities for all students, stressing the need to fully adhere to the controls and criteria stated in order to ensure the interest of students and achieve the principle of equal opportunities among all.
Exact controls to achieve the principle of equal opportunities
Major General Ashraf Al -Jundi explained that the minimum admission to the general secondary was determined by 230 degrees, while the minimum admission to the evening high school services was determined at 190 degrees, the secondary for 165 degrees, and the private high school at 150 degrees.
He added that the minimum admission to technical schools was determined by its types (industrial – agricultural – commercial) according to the detailed data contained in the approved table and attached to the coordination decision.
For his part, Nasser Hassan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Gharbia, stressed that the preparation of the coordination proposal took place after an accurate analysis of the results of the students and taking into account the expected densities in the various educational departments.
He added that the Directorate of Education in Gharbia is keen to provide suitable places for all students in a manner that ensures the best distribution of students to schools in accordance with their degrees and desires, while emphasizing the continued coordination with educational departments to follow up on the procedures for applying and accepting with precision and transparency.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Western pointed out that the declaration of coordination at this time comes to ensure that the time is available to parents to prepare the files of application and communication with schools, stressing that all educational departments are committed to applying the rules with all transparency and clarity.
