This morning, Monday, June 23, the Appellate Court of Damanhour, the third district, held in the Itay Al-Baroud Court, headed by Counselor Ashraf Ayyad and membership of:- Advisors Ihab Al-Shanwani and Fakhr Al-Din Abdel Tawab, and Mohamed Saeed, the first appeal sessions submitted by the defendant’s defense in the case of the student of the Karma School in Damanhour.

The Damanhour Criminal Court, at its session on April 30, issued life imprisonment for Sabri, 79, who is accused in the case of the Karma School School in Damanhur, by violating his presentation inside the school.
The accused is tried by Sabri. KJA, 79 years old, a financial observer in the Bishop of the lake, who is accused in case No. 33773 of 2024 Criminal Criminal Center, and bound with a total number 1946 of 2024 total crimes in central Damanhur, on charges of rectifying a small offer without strength or threat.
The Counselor, Muhammad al -Husseini, the Attorney General of the Central Damanhour Prosecution Office, decided to refer the accused to the Damanhour Criminal Court, on charges of assaulting the child Yassin M.A., 5 years, as indicated in the case papers, and accordingly the accused has committed the felony punishable by Article 2.1 / 281 of the Penal Code.
After reviewing Article 214/2 of the Criminal Procedure Law amending Law 170 of 1981, the case was referred to the Damanhour Criminal Court of the Alexandria Appeals Court to punish the accused in accordance with the referral order issued on March 2, 2025, with the attachment of the criminal status newspaper to the accused, and his announcement of the referral order.
