There is no more appropriate time than critical crises and fateful transformations, to test the human mineral and refine its material; In such moments, his homeland is manifested and his positions are revealed, so what is in his vicinity, whether with good or evil, or what is more dangerous than clear evil, what he calls “vile neutrality” or “deliberate silence”, which is not straightforward with the shrines of disposal at the major exams facing humanity, in order to cross safely with the cohesion of the societal fabric of the state of the state.
I mean the crises here, the fateful issues that oppose the central human consciousness, and push it a push towards “awakening” and intellectual and psychological renewal, to accommodate the requirements of the historical moment that imposes itself, and saving the spirit of nations and its will from the civilization fall.
One of the biggest obstacles that stands in the face of this awareness, and keeps it in a state of permanent siege, is “blind extremism” or “abhorrent bias” that takes the human to the strongholds of “fundamental domination” producing confusing intellectual intellectual and disorganized vision.
In light of this intellectual siege, the human will loses its independence, and leaves at the mercy of chronic restrictions that hinder any serious attempt to break the hoops, freedom from backwardness, and from the delusions that give holiness to non -sacred, and offer the offerings of satisfaction and loyalty to the authority of closed groups, whether religious, partisan or ethnicity.
It is noticeable that “fundamental domination”, as described by the Bahraini thinker Al -Ansari in his diagnosis of the Arab political mind in the face of its defeats, has historically managed to paralyze this mind, and prohibit it from the opportunity to liberate from its power.
Rather, she succeeded, above that, in isolation from any attempts to save cultural, cognitive or political formation, aimed at empowering a person to fully integrate as a responsible citizen in his urban community, based on the concept of an independent national state, which does not compromise to protect its sovereignty and the independence of its decision, while preserving the dignity of its members and the well -being of its societies.
Until the moment, we find that this prevailing phenomenon is stable in the pillars of the Arab mind, which seems to be delighted with the skin of itself, refusing to liberate it, to remain hostage to the fundamentalist dominance of any form of intellectual and material independence.
The frightening thing is that the powers of the urban society, which are often seen as a survival collar to get rid of the power of failed intellectual talismans, were also not spared from surrender and crying over the ruins of defeats, calamities, imperial domination, or Zionism.
The strange and confusing in those forces, with their cultural, religious and technocratic currents, is that instead of placing its active role in providing alternatives, we are surprised by its practice of another kind of authority; It contributes, in terms of learning or not learning, in depriving the individual of the independence of opinion and freedom of thinking, and afflicted, in public and secret, with the scourge of exporting his loyalty and left, sometimes in the name of the Bible, and another in the name of one party, as well as obedience to the religious, such as narratives full of revolutions.
All of them are disrupted by the chances of seizing historical moments that require the fitness of high jumping on the mines of extremism, in order to reach the square of the national subscriber that must be, no matter how long travel.
We do not exonerate here Western thought, which is withdrawn by its emerging populism sometimes towards extremism parallel to eastern extremism. But contrary to the latter, the stable and strong construction of the Western civilization makes this extremism in the goal of erosion, reprimand and continuous criticism, to control its hegemony and its harmful effects issued by the patriarchs of intolerance to the independence of Western mentality, and to ensure the filter of society from any phenomena indicating the practice of national loyalties in other places.
So, the intellectual blockade continues; Fundamental domination governs its grip. The central awareness of the Arab mind is still torn and dispersed, suffering from the loyalty virus “transient of the homeland”.
As for the “vile neutrality”, it increases in a time in the time of crises, exciting all forms of hatred, revolutions and partisanships, which are assumed, in the ideal state, to be presented to the historical anatomy table to cut off and stop their dependence to other than the homeland, in the hope that this mortgage, the humble of humiliation and disgrace, never.
