The Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination has achieved a new global achievement that embodies the leadership of the UAE in empowering the owners of determination and integrating them in innovative areas, as 9 of its employees obtained the “Parista” certificate approved by the World Coffee Organization – the first level, to become the first people of determination in the world to obtain this professional certificate. The owners of the achievement work in the Foundation’s “Café”, which is the first cafe in the UAE to be fully managed by the owners of determination, and they underwent an intense professional training program that spanned for several months, included the theoretical and practical side, coffee preparation skills, taste, roasting, fermentation, and dealing with the berista tools according to
