Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, said that the new city of El -Obour witnessed the activities of the 14th and 15th public lottery, to accommodate the citizens who paid the introductions of the lands and their conditions were reconciled within the scope of the Qadisiyah and Al -Amal regions previously, with the aim of allocating lands to enable citizens to build their appropriate housing according to the controls.

Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny stressed the need to continue efforts to legalize the conditions of entities present in the added lands of a number of new cities, with the aim of consolidating the rights of citizens and achieving real estate stability in line with the state’s vision for sustainable urban development.
Dr. Engineer Ahmed Ismail, head of the new Obour City Development Authority, explained that the two lottery activities were held at the city’s headquarters in the presence of a number of leaders of the authority and the representative of the State Council, along with a group of officials working in the real estate sector.
He said: The two pumpkins included the allocation of residential lands with various areas ranging between 209 m 2 and 500 square meters in a step that reflects the commitment of the agency to achieve justice and transparency in the distribution of lands and meet the needs of citizens from appropriate housing, stressing that this step came after a working work to examine and audit the entitled data to ensure the comprehensiveness of the distribution.
He added that the agency works in parallel to complete the infrastructure projects such as water, sanitation, electricity and roads to ensure the readiness of the lands for immediate delivery, stressing that the device does not spare an effort to respond to the aspirations of citizens and achieve their consent.
The draw witnessed a remarkable presence of citizens who followed public clouds in an atmosphere of joy and optimism, as they received the allocation notifications as soon as the procedures ended.
A number of attendees praised the level of organization and transparency in the event, expressing their confidence in the performance of the authority and its keenness on their interests.
During the meeting, the head of the agency listened to citizens ’inquiries, and confirmed the commitment of the agency to continue to provide support and facilitate procedures while working to accelerate the pace of implementation of housing and infrastructure projects in various regions.
