The third major commercial court ruled to compel a commercial company to pay 2250 dinars to Bahraini, which offered it to a piece of land and carpentry equipment worth 50 thousand dinars, which paid part of it, and the amount was sentenced to the court, and the court also obligated it to the lawsuit fees and in exchange for law fees and commercial interest by 4%.

Lawyer Mohamed Al -Mahdi, the deputy of the landowner, said that his client had previously waived a plot of land, including the equipment for the benefit of the defendant, for an amount of 50 thousand dinars, and the defendants paid part of that amount, and failed to pay the rest of the claim, and that the second defendant edited the number of 5 checks in the name of the company with a total of 22500 dinars in fulfillment of that amount in favor of the plaintiff, but that these checks were returned from the bank withdrawn upon it.

The owner of the land asked the court to compel the company and the defendants to pay him the amount of the claim, fees, expenses, and for law fees and legal interest for the delay in paying the amount due.
