The Al -Shouna area in the West Shubra Al -Khaimah district, Qaliubiya Governorate, witnessed a sudden landing, according to a report received to the rescue operations room, which necessitated an immediate alert of the executive and concerned agencies.
The emergency teams, accompanied by officials of the West Shubra Al -Khaimah neighborhood and the competent technical authorities, moved to the landing site to conduct field inspections and ensure the safety of homes and neighboring facilities.

A security cordon was also imposed around the area as a precautionary measure, in order to preserve the lives of citizens, and did not result in any human losses or injuries.
The necessary technical measures are being taken to reveal the reasons for the decline in coordination with the utilities and infrastructure companies, while continuing the accurate follow -up of the soil state and ensuring that there are no extensions or effects on the area around the region.
The executive bodies in Qaliubiya Governorate also confirmed that they are following the situation, moment by moment, and working to address the effects of the decline, while emphasizing the safety of citizens and their keenness to deal immediately with such emergency cases.
