Al -Aradi pointed out that His Majesty the King, may God protect and preserve him, has established through his ambitious reform project, a national vision based on recognition of all religious and cultural components, ensuring its right to expression and participation, and enhance the spirit of university citizenship. This lofty vision was embodied through institutional, legislative and practical steps, as well as the National Action Charter, and then the constitution of the Kingdom of Bahrain, freedom of belief, and obliging the state to maintain the sanctity of the places of worship, and ensuring the freedom to establish religious rituals in accordance with the prevailing customs and traditions in the country, in confirmation of the Kingdom’s commitment to the culture of coexistence, and respecting the privacy of beliefs within the framework of the universal national identity.
