The northern municipal council submitted a recommendation to approve the proposal to exclude construction at the entrances to the housing units in Salman, similar to some models of the units in which there is based on the entrance.
The proposal presenter, member of the council, the representative of the third district, Mohamed Al -Dossari, attributed the narrowness of the area of housing units, not allowing a comfortable opportunity to build, in addition to the presence of previous models that the Ministry of Housing applied in new housing projects.
Al -Dossary explained that the proposal aims to benefit from the waste spaces at the entrances to the units, and is considered a practical solution that is in line with the needs of citizens who benefit from small units, and also supports families wishing to expand without downloading large financial burdens.
He stressed that the implementation of the proposal will contribute to organizing expansion operations in an official and disciplined manner, instead of randomness and violations that may result from unorganized construction.
