The northern municipal council agreed to submit a recommendation to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture Wael Al -Mubarak to agree to a proposal aimed at establishing a unified communication program linking the service government agencies concerned with projects and services, with the aim of facilitating communication and improving coordination between them.
The proposal’s introduction to the representative of the seventh district, Zina Jassim, explained that the proposed program will contribute to facilitating the communication process between the various parties, and enhances the speed and effectiveness of exchanging information, which reduces dependence on prolonged meetings and waiting periods for the official responses.
Jassim added that linking the concerned authorities within a unified communication program will enable them to immediately access to the necessary data and information, which supports taken accurate and fast decisions, reduces the size of correspondence and speeds up the completion of requests, in terms of enhancing the efficiency and transparency of government work through immediately and organized information.
