Bahraini actress Fatima Abdel Rahim expressed her pride in the remarkable development in the Dana Award for Drama for this year, considering that the remarkable expansion in the activities and participants reflects a renewed artistic movement in the Kingdom.
Fatima said: “My joy is great this year, because we are seeking a clear development in the award in terms of programs, stars and turnout, and this in itself encourages a new artistic renaissance in Bahrain.”
She added, that the continuity in supporting art and artists through such awards contributes to moving the wheel of production, and Bahrain will return to the façade of the Gulf drama strongly.
