Dr. Alaa Joudeh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Kafr El -Sheikh, held an expanded meeting with the heads of the exam committees at the governorate level to review the final ministerial instructions organizing the course of exams, and setting executive mechanisms that guarantee commitment and discipline within the committees, with a detailed explanation of the administrative and technical methods to manage the high school committees, within the framework of the final preparations for the launch of the high school exams for the academic year 2024 | 2025.
This came in the presence of Ghada Al -Nahhas, Director General of General Education, Faraj Riad, Director of Student Affairs and Examinations Department, Amr Abada, Head of Questions Distribution Center, and directors of educational departments.
Dr. Alaa Jawdah, Undersecretary of the Ministry, stressed the need to fully adhere to all ministerial instructions organizing examination work, and to provide a quiet and safe atmosphere for students within the committees, taking into account the achievement of full justice and transparency in dealing with all students, to ensure that each student obtains his full right according to his effort.
The Undersecretary stressed that it will be dealt with firmly with any attempts to violate the system within the committees, stressing the intensification of inspection procedures inside and outside the committees, and not absolutely allowing to take any electronic devices with students, on top of which are mobile phones or any means that may be used in fraud, in implementation of strict ministerial instructions in this regard, as was directed to increase coordination between the observers and administrative security personnel To adjust any violation immediately.
The Undersecretary pointed out that the Directorate has completed all preparations for the exams, including preparing the breaks for the heads of the committees and observers, and providing them with amenities, in full coordination with the relevant authorities, in implementation of the directives of Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel -Moati, Governor of Kafr El -Sheikh, who directed the necessity of providing full insurance for the vicinity of the committees, and raising any occupations or obstacles that disturb the committees.
He also stressed the continuous communication between the sub -operations rooms in the educational departments and the Central Operations Chamber in the Directorate, to follow up the progress of the exams and immediate intervention to solve any emergency, which may affect the regularity of exams, stressing the importance of students writing their own data on the answer papers accurately, with the commitment that none of those charged with examination work within the committees, and limiting the residence in the official breaks.
