The competent investigation authorities ordered the referral of 17 accused, including officials in Cairo Governorate, and a number of owners of companies and factories of quarry and granite in the Shaq al -Thabban area to the criminal trial, against the background of accusing them of infringing state lands and manipulating the procedures of legalization and manipulation in official papers.

The competent investigation authorities charged the infringement of the state’s lands, manipulating official procedures and intentionally damaging the interests of the administrative authority in which they work.
Director of State Property Department
Investigations revealed the involvement of a number of the leaders of the State Property Administration in Cairo Governorate, in facilitating the seizure of others on state -owned lands, by manipulating official editors and legalization procedures.
According to the results of the investigations, the main defendants in the case are: the director of the state property administration in Cairo Governorate, the director of the Real Estate Affairs Department at the State Property Administration in Cairo Governorate and currently in the pension, the director of the Real Estate Affairs Department at the General Court of Cairo Governorate and currently in the pension, and the director of the segment of the snake in the state property department in the governorate’s general office formerly, and they were imprisoned in reserve pending the investigations, before the issuance of the referral decision.
Details of the incident are due to the work of the committee that was formed by a decision of Dr. Ibrahim Saber, the governor of Cairo, to examine the legalization files in the snake’s slit, headed by Major General Yahya Al -Adgham, Secretary -General of Cairo Governorate, which ended in monitoring severe violations represented in facilitating the seizure of state -owned lands through false documents and false procedures.
