The Minister of Industry and Trade Abdullah Fakhro stressed that the Bahraini -Emirati Business Forum comes at a very important time, in light of the challenges facing the global economy, stressing that achieving economic integration between Bahrain and the UAE is only through the actual application of bilateral agreements and following up their implementation effectively.
He praised the understandings reached, especially the integration agreement that gives preference in government purchases, and contributes to supporting the growth of the private sector in the two countries, pointing out that the inauguration of the Emirati Investors Center in Bahrain represents a qualitative step towards promoting sustainable development, and providing more facilities for investors, reflecting the depth of bilateral relations and the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to enhance the attractive business environment.
