Al -Helwji explained that the Supreme Organizing Committee, headed by His Excellency Sheikh Ali bin Muhammad Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Volleyball Federation, was keen from an early time to accelerate the pace of work in preparation for this continental entitlement, which is hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain for the second time in a row, adding: “We deal with this tournament as a new station to prove our organizational readiness and our ability to continue achieving qualitative achievements, in a way that reflects the civilizational face of the Kingdom The level of hosting major sporting events.
He pointed out that Bahrain’s repeated hosting of major championships in volleyball earned the cadres accumulated regulatory experiences, which strengthened the Kingdom’s position as a major center for volleyball sport Asian, and raised the efficiency of the working committees that have become highly efficient in its position in each championship.
On the aspirations of the national team, Al -Halwaji stressed that the aspirations to achieve a positive result and said: “We aspire to repeat the completion of the last version that witnessed the crowning of our team with the silver medal, and we seek this year to go further and achieve the title, and we believe that we have a team that has the ingredients to compete strongly, especially in light of the development of its technical level and the renewed ambition of the players and the technical staff.”
