Mahdi Al -Jamri, Chairman of the Communications Committee in the Asian Nations Volleyball Cup for men 2025, confirmed that the committee has ended its preparations to secure the movement of the participating delegations and ensure a smooth flow of their transportation between residence, training and matches sites, noting that the transportation plan was prepared early, reflecting the civilizational image of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its ability to organize the largest sporting events with high efficiency.
Al -Jamri explained that the committee has allocated a private bus for each of the 12 participating teams, which are at its disposal throughout the tournament, in addition to providing salon cars for the members of the Invention Committee, and special buses for matches referees, in line with the table of competitions and pre -prepared training schedules.
He added: “We realize that the success of the tournament is not limited to technical performance within the stadiums only, but also includes the flow in logistical operations, especially with regard to the transportation of delegations, and for this we are keen to raise the readiness of all members of the committee, who have accumulated expertise through their previous participation in organizing continental and international championships.”
Al -Jamri continued, saying: “A precise action plan has been developed since the first day, in full coordination with the Public Relations and Reception Committee, to ensure the reception of teams at Bahrain International Airport and to provide appropriate transportation for them to their residence, within a specific time frame and direct directions from the Supreme Organizing Committee.”
The head of the Communications Committee concluded his statement by emphasizing that the committee will be around the clock on alert with the start of the arrival of the teams, and said: “We will be as a beehive at the airport, because the impression of the guests starts from the moment they arrive, and our goal is that everyone feels that they are in their second country, amid a professional organization befitting the reputation of Bahrain and its sporting leadership in the region
