The Football Association in the various sections was notified of the terms and instructions of the registration for the new football season 2025 – 2026, about 48 hours before the opening of the summer registration door.
Details of registration and participation of foreigners in the new season
According to a document obtained by Al -Qaher 24, it was decided to keep the number of foreign players allowed to be registered with the Premier League clubs as it was in the previous season, so that each club is allowed to restrict 5 foreign players and 3 foreign players in the Sunni stages teams.
The registration list confirmed that it is not allowed to participate more than 5 foreign players with the team in the same match in the Premier League, as the regulation confirmed that foreign players may not participate in the goalkeeper center in all sections, and the list included the continuation of the item for the treatment of the Palestinian player as an Egyptian player without calculating foreign players with his team.
The registration list determined the number of foreign players allowed to registration in the ranks of the second division league teams with 3 players for each club, and one player for each club in the third division clubs.
It is scheduled to open the summer registration door on June 11, to be closed for the Premier League clubs on August 6.
The Football Association set the winter registration period to start next January 1, and ends at the end of February 8th, for all departments.
