Prices recorded Gold in Egypt Today, Monday, June 9, 2025, a remarkable stability, in the local goldsmiths markets, and this stability comes in conjunction with the decline in demand and the calm price of the dollar in banks during the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday.
According to the latest update of the AIS platform specialized in spreading and trading gold and jewelry via the Internet, the prices came as follows:-
Gold prices today in Egypt
The price of 24 gram gold
- The price of a gram of 24 carat was about 5325 pounds.
The price of 22 grams of gold
- The price of a gram of 22 carat was about 4882 pounds.
The price of a gram of 21 carat gold
- The price of a gram of 21 carat was about 4,660 pounds.
The price per gram of 18 carat gold
- The price of a gram of 18 carat was about 3994 pounds.
14 -gram gold price
- The price of a gram of 14 carat was about 3106 pounds.
Gold price price
- The price of the gold pound was about 37,280 pounds.
The price of an ounce globally
- The price of an ounce globally reached 3310 dollars.
In a separate context, Ihab Wasef, head of the Division of the Gold and Preparatory Minerals of the Federation of Industries, said that the rise in the foreign monetary reserves of the Central Bank of Egypt to 48.5 billion dollars, which is the highest level in its history, is a pivotal factor in enhancing the stability of the Egyptian economy, and supports the continued good performance of the pound during the coming period, which contributed to reducing the severity of the fluctuations of gold prices in the local market.
Wasef added that the gold prices in Egypt witnessed a remarkable increase during last week trading, as the price of a gram of 21 carat gold rose from 4590 pounds to 4650 pounds when the week was closed, an increase of 60 pounds.
He explained that the market witnessed the highest level of prices last Thursday, when the price of a gram reached 4750 pounds, before it declined to 4650 pounds at the end of the weekly trading.
