The Nile Corniche in the west of Assiut Governorate witnessed, yesterday, Saturday, during the days of the blessed Eid Al -Adha, a large number of citizens who flocked from all over the city to enjoy the atmosphere of the feast among family and friends.
Families were keen to take their children to enjoy the moderate weather and the manifestations of joy scattered along the Corniche of trips through the Nile boats, where games and swings spread, along with the street vendors who offered sweets and popular food.
The security services also intensified their presence along the Corniche, to secure citizens and control traffic, in coordination with the river rescue forces to deal quickly with any emergency cases.
