The General Traffic Department announced the arrest of the two persons who led their two vehicles, reflecting the direction of walking on the National Charter Street in the Sanad area, which put their lives and the lives of others at risk.
This came in a comment on the video clip circulated by a number of social media accounts, explaining that the traffic patrols started their legal procedures regarding the incident, and managed to arrest one of the drivers, “25 years”, while operations management patrols managed to arrest the driver of the other vehicle (31 years).
Initial information indicates that one of the drivers used to use narcotic substances and was in an abnormal condition.
