His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God protect him, received a congratulatory telegram from Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, in which he raised to His Highness the highest verses of congratulations and blessings, coupled with sincere feelings of loyalty and pride on the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s election as a non -permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for the period 2026-2027.
The Foreign Minister stressed that this high victory reflects the depth of the international appreciation of the prestigious position that the Kingdom of Bahrain assumes on the international scene under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and his insightful vision that we are inspired by the determination and will to serve the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him.
The minister stressed that this victory is of special importance as it represents the second membership of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Security Council after its first membership for the period 1998-1999, which reflects the Kingdom’s steadfast approach in the active and responsible presence on the international scene, and the pioneering role it plays in promoting international principles and teamwork for a safer and stable world.
The Minister blessed His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, this honorable national achievement, asking the Almighty, the Almighty to perpetuate the blessing of health, wellness and longevity, and to help him in continuing the march of development and development.
