He explained that the protocol includes a number of conditions, foremost of which is that the student holds a high school diploma in the year of applying “2024” to obtain the scholarship, from an Egyptian government school, with a total degree of no less than the minimum determined for the college that the student wants to join.
It is also required that he should not be submitted to join any other college in private or private universities; And that the selection takes place on the basis of accurate social research and the determinant of the elements conducted by the university, and through which it is provided to prove its financial inability to pay the academic expenses, as it is studied by the knowledge of a committee from the University Board of Trustees.
Priority is granted to the children of the martyrs, the injured policemen, and students with special needs.
The documents required to apply for grants were also set, and it includes a copy of the high school diploma or a statement of grades, a copy of the student’s birth certificate, a social research from social affairs, and a statement of the vocabulary of the guardian’s salary, and in the case of self -employment, a documented statement of insurance is brought, as well as a statement of agricultural possession, and a copy of the national ID card for the father and the mother.
David said that violating these conditions by granting employees assigned to respect the constitution and the law are two scholarships for their two years, is a profitable for them from their job, by manipulating the rules of justice, transparency and legitimacy that the public employee must be envisaged during and on the occasion of performing his job, which requires their criminal and disciplinary taken, and restore the rights of their original owners, with the withholding For them and give them to other beneficiaries who meet the conditions.
He concluded: “Within the framework of our supervisory responsibility for the work of the executive authority by virtue of the constitution and the law, I submit this briefing request to refer it to the Parliament Education Committee, to discuss it with the nearest urgent session in the presence of the Governor of Damietta, to respond to the reasons for his violation of the conditions of the private protocol with Horus University for scholarship The universities of the Ministry of Higher Education, and whoever represents the competent minister, is to explain the measures to be taken in this regard.
