Ahmed Ali, Director of the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Suez Governorate, announced the implementation of extensive campaigns on markets, shops, restaurants and municipal bakeries, in coordination with the Supply Investigations and the Veterinary Medicine Directorate, in preparation for receiving the blessed Eid Al -Adha.

Ahmed Ali said in press statements that in the context of tightening control over markets, shops, restaurants and municipal bakeries, and with the field traffic, 71 varied minutes were edited, and quantities of expired goods were seized.
The Director General of Supply in the Suez Governorate added that the supervisory campaigns resulted in the editing of the following records: a report of slaughtering outside the Sultana and a commercial fraud record by selling imported meat as my country, 30 labor operating records without a health certificate stating the absence of infectious diseases, 3 minutes of expiration of foodstuffs and an unknown source of goods without bills and 10 minutes of decreasing the weight of the loaf of bread.
He pointed to the editing of 9 records of the lack of cleanliness of the dough tools, the lack of a record of the bakery, the lack of a license of an Efranji bakery, a record of a decrease in the weight of tourist bread, 3 minutes, the lack of announcement of petroleum materials, 7 records, the failure to announce prices in the markets, a bread record that does not match the specifications, a foreign banner and a record of the absence of an operating panel in the bakery.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in the Suez Governorate added that quantities of goods that included: 150 kilos of fermented cheese, 68 kilograms of imported meat, 42 kilograms of meat, 10 electric mixer meat devices, and 846 packages of various expired foodstuffs.
