Solidarity between everyone, calling for the enhancement of the partnership between the endowment and governmental institutions, and the development of relevant legislation, enabling the endowment to perform its developmental role effectively and flexibility. It stressed the importance of the endowment in Islamic law, its virtue, reward and effects, pointing to the interest of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the endowment and its organization nearly a century, when the ruler of the country at the time, the late Sheikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, may God Almighty have mercy on him, organized the endowments and the establishment of a legitimate administration for it, pointing to the participation of the rulers of Bahrain, the owners of money, merchants and the people of goodness in stopping many of their money and property in the various works He called on his virtue to the importance of developing endowments using modern technology to develop and manage them ..
