Counselor Abdel -Radi Siddiq, head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, visited this afternoon, the National Academy for Training, where he was received by Dr. Rasha Ragheb – Executive Director of the National Training Academy.

During the visit, the advisor, Dr. Mohamed Abu Dhaif, Secretary -General of the Supreme Council of the Administrative Prosecution, and Counselor Mohamed Salah Muhanna, Director of the Public Relations and Protocol Unit, and Chancellor Haitham Ali – member of the Information and Monitoring Center, and Chancellor Yasmine El -Islambouli – a member of the Public Relations and Protocol Unit.
The visit came in the context of the participation of Counselor Abdel -Radi Siddiq, in the work of the applicants testing committee for the program “Women leads to executives”, organized by the National Training Academy, with the aim of preparing and qualifying women cadres capable of assuming executive and leadership positions in various state institutions.
This participation reflects the deep administrative prosecution’s belief in the importance of investing in the human element, especially the empowerment of Egyptian women, as an active partner in the march of development and decision -making consistent with the directions of the Egyptian state and the vision of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic, supporting women, and his keenness to open new horizons for them in all leadership sites.
For his part, Counselor Abdel -Radi Siddiq, the head of the commission, praised the vital role played by the National Academy for Training, as it is one of the institutional pillars in supporting the state’s vision to qualify national cadres, especially in light of the accelerating scientific and industrial developments witnessed by the world, and which has imposed the necessity of accompanying it through investing in developing human capabilities and building leadership capable of keeping pace with the challenges of the future.
He also praised the organizational and technical efforts made by the National Academy for Training in the implementation of the program, pointing to the high level in which the applicants appeared, and the distinction, efficiency and ambition he touched by the participants in the test sessions, and it goes without the statement that the administrative prosecution is unique as the judiciary with the largest representation of the members of the administrative prosecution from women between all bodies and judicial authorities in Egypt, which reflects a solid conviction The ability of Egyptian women to contribute effectively and efficiently to carrying the message of justice, fighting corruption, and preserving public money.
