The Vice -President of the Persons Trafficking Prosecution stated that the Public Prosecution has accomplished its investigations into the incident of people’s trafficking, and ordered the referral of Asian defendants to the criminal court, and was determined for a session on June 3, 2025.
The Public Prosecution had received a report from the Anti -Trafficking Administration of persons that the defendants traveled to the victim by forcing them to carry out illegal acts and exploiting them in acts contrary to public morals and gaining from that.
The Vice -President of the Prosecution indicated that the Public Prosecution has begun the investigation as soon as she received the communication, as she listened to the victims’ statements, and ordered within the framework of the measures taken in these cases to deposit them at the shelter center of the National Committee to Combat Trafficking in Persons, and the defendants were interrupted and legal measures were taken, and she also requested the police investigations that confirmed the incident, listened to the certificate And it stood on the evidence of the accusation before the defendants ordered that they be referred to the criminal trial.
