Taher Al -Gharabawi, Director of the Directorate of Education in Port Said Governorate, announced in special statements through a live broadcast on Cairo 24, the launch of an initiative of its kind at the level of the Republic, to support students of the preparatory certificate through final reviews that broadcast online on the night of each exam, provided by the waves of materials and the examination of the exams themselves.
Online reviews of the exam night provided by the questions for the first time in Egypt
Al -Gharbawi explained that the reviews are broadcast on social media platforms, especially Facebook, and it comes within the framework of keenness on the interest of students and providing academic support to them until the last moments before entering the committees, stressing that this experience is applied for the first time in Egypt, and is considered an advanced step in developing the educational process.
The Undersecretary emphasized that the exam committees are monitored by the cameras of the Ministry of Education, with a complete ban on the use or accompanying mobile phones, or any electronic devices such as headphones or smart watches, whether by students or observers, in order to ensure discipline and integrity within the committees.
Al -Gharbawi also stressed the importance of taking into account the psychological factor for students, especially during the exam period, directed to the necessity of the utmost restraint in dealing with them, and providing a quiet climate that helps them perform exams with confidence and reassurance.
In a related context, Al -Gharbawi held an expanded meeting, with the heads of the preparatory certificate examination committees, at the headquarters of the Conference Hall in the Directorate’s Office, in the presence of the leaders of education in Port Said, headed by Al -Husseini Ragheb, Director General of Public Education, Ihab Abdel Maqsoud, Director General of Executive Affairs, and a number of officials of the exams and secret printing.
During the meeting, the Director of the Directorate affirmed that the exams are a national task that requires a complete commitment to everyone, noting that any failure will not accept within the Port Said education system, and also directed the attendees to the need for immediate communication with the operating room if any emergency occurred, to ensure the exams of the exams without obstacles.
Preparatory certificate exams
It is noteworthy that the preparatory certificate exams in the governorate will be held from May 31 to June 4, with the system of the unified bouquet examination paper, within 60 committees distributed over the six educational departments.
