Ahmed Omar, the coach of the first basketball team at Al -Ittihad of Alexandria Club, talked about the Super Ball League final, against Al -Ahly.
Omar said in statements to the press conference that precedes the first match, that he expects the final to be very strong between the two teams, and is appropriate for the Egyptian basketball.
Omar continued that the Alexandrian and Al -Ahly Federation was met in more than one final recently, stressing that his team aspires to maintain the title of the Super League, and for this will be made the greatest possible effort.
Omar added in his statements that he is preparing the Alexandrian fans, by making the utmost effort to make them happy and win the title.
Omar talked about the team’s participation in the African Basketball League qualifiers (Bal 2025), stressing that the team was subjected to more physical effort, due to that participation, but it will work to overcome this matter.
Omar added that the team suffers from some impressive injuries, but it will work to remedy stress and injuries to achieve positive results in the final round.
For his part, Ali Ahmed, the player of the Alexandrian team, said that he hopes that the match will come out in a manner that befits the Egyptian basketball, between two teams with a great history in basketball.
He stated that the team does not focus in anything currently but winning 3 games of the final series and crowning the local title, then the focus will be on the Bal 2025 matches.
He added that the team seeks to delight the fans, which is what is most happy when they return to Alexandria and see this joy directly.
