The Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that, based on the legal opinion approved by the assistant minister and the commissioner from the minister, to the opinion of the legal advisor, we confirm the lack of entitlement to those who were assigned as a school principal in the presidential initiative, 1000 school principals, by assigning him to another job.
The Ministry of Education added that this assignment is a special path to fill the job of the principal of a school for his association with the intended and intended educational process; Hence, the ministry must agree to any change in the functional state of the taxpayers that entails prejudice this path; Due to the link, whether that change is at the request of the taxpayer or without his request.
Education indicated that the taxpayer, as a school principal in the presidential initiative, must submit 1,000 school principals, to fill another job for the Ministry’s approval to end his assignment before applying for that job, and on the other hand, there is no indication of the end of their assignment as a school principal.
Laser science applications in the medical fields
In a separate direction, the National Institute of Laser Sciences organized Cairo University Under the patronage and presence of Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadiq, President of Cairo University, and supervised by Dr. Jala Al -Azab, Dean of the Institute, the second international symposium on laser in the throat, headed by Dr. Hazem Mohamed Saleh, Professor of Ear, Nose and Throat at the Institute, and in the presence of a group of local and international experts in laser science, in the conference hall at the Center for Consulting and Research of Development and Technology Planning at the university.
The symposium included the signature of Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadiq, President of Cairo University, and Dr. Berett Schneider Steller, President of the European Academy for Voice Diseases, a memorandum of understanding between the National Institute of Laser Sciences, and the European Academy of Voice Diseases, for a period of 3 years in the fields of research, education and training programs, the exchange of faculty and students, the implementation of workshops and training programs, as well as implementing a number of research projects and teaching programs Shared.
Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel -Sadiq explained the importance of signing the memorandum of joint understanding between the National Institute of Laser Sciences and the European Academy of Voice Diseases, through which fruitful results can be achieved for both parties, in addition to that it achieves a tangible development in laser science applications in the medical fields, stressing the keenness of Cairo University to conclude many joint cooperation agreements in various academic and research fields with major universities and international institutions.
