Tourism Minister Fatima Bint Jaafar Al -Serafi held a meeting with Khaled Abdel Rahman Al -Majid, CEO of Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company “Edama”, the real estate arm of the Bahrain Mamluk Holding Company (Mumtalakat), the sovereign wealth fund for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, the Minister of Tourism affirmed the prominent role played by the private sector in supporting the goals of the tourism sector strategy (2022-2026), praising the efforts of the “Adamah” company in developing tourism projects, and managing them with high efficiency in accordance with advanced strategies that contribute to achieving the desired goals, especially with regard to tourism of facades and marine activities, as a basic pillar in the strategy, as well as achieving a goal Diversify the tourism product, and enhance the Kingdom’s position as a leading destination for tourism.
For his part, Mr. Khaled Abdel Rahman Al -Majid, CEO of Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company “Edama”, explained that the company is keen to redouble efforts to implement projects that contribute to developing tourism infrastructure to meet the aspirations of visitors and support the national economy.
