The UTEL (UTEL) Excellence Unit (UTEL) at the University of Bahrain has obtained the official accreditation of the new professional standards framework (2023psf), from the British Higher Education Academy (Advance He), for the third time, to include all the professional development programs it provides. On this occasion, Dr. Fouad Mohamed Al -Ansari, President of the University of Bahrain, received Dr. Amal Mohamed Al -Rayes, Director of the Unit for Excellence in Education and Leadership at the University, where he praised the efforts of the unit team in developing the professional level of faculty members and promoting comprehensive educational quality for students. The approved programs include: the graduate studies certificate in academic practices (PCAP), and the Certificate of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Arabic and English, in addition to the entrance certificate to teaching in the Kingdom of Bahrain (NTB). It is noteworthy that the unit of excellence in education and leadership skills at the University of Bahrain obtained the first academic accreditation for its programs in 2016, to be the first approved regional center, and all its programs were renewed in Arabic and English in 2022.
