Ahmed bin Salman Al -Muslim, Chairman of the House of Representatives, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Parliamentary Division, praised the level and depth of the distinguished brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, and the development and progress it witnesses, in light of the royal royal sponsorship of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, and his brother His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the brother of the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, may God protect and take care of them.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives affirmed the depth of bilateral relations in all tracks, and the common concern to push them forward in various developmental fields for the good and good of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
This came upon the arrival of Ahmed bin Salman Al-Muslim, Chairman of the House of Representatives, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Parliamentary Division, to the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, at the head of a delegation from the Parliamentary Division participating in the work of the third edition of the Parliamentary Economic Forum for the Mediterranean and the Gulf of the Mediterranean Parliament, which will be held during the period from 23-24 May 2025 AD, in the city of Marrakesh in the Kingdom of Morocco.
It is noteworthy that the Kingdom of Bahrain had submitted a request as an affiliated member in the Mediterranean Parliament on June 7, 2023 AD, then obtained full membership on February 20, 2025 AD, and the total of indigenous members and affiliates in the Mediterranean Parliament is 34 members.
This, and the Mediterranean Parliament is considered one of the important parliamentary organizations at the international level, as it provides a vital platform for exchanging opinions and experiences between member states in the Euro -Mediterranean and Gulf region, and enhances cooperation between national parliaments in facing common challenges, and also plays a key role in enhancing security and regional stability, as the Mediterranean Parliament aims to enhance political, economic and social cooperation between member states, in order to find common solutions للتحديات التي تواجهها المنطقة الأورومتوسطية ودول الخليج، وخلق مساحة للسلام والرخاء لشعوبها.
