Investigations revealed the details of the incident of fraud in which a woman and 9 other accused, who started to forge a marriage document attributed to the deceased product Hossam Shawky, with the aim of seizing a portion of his inheritance using forged official documents and imitation seals.

Investigations showed that the defendants participated in the two ways of Al -Ittifaq and assisting to provide a forged official editor to a good -intention general employee – a legal authorized – in order to document a fake marriage contract between the third defendant and the deceased victim, using a forged national number card in the name of the latter, which was specially prepared to deceive the official authorities.
Investigations confirmed that the second defendant presented the forged document of the authorization, who was not aware of being forged, and the certification contract was edited to marry on this basis, but the incident was later revealed while reviewing the documents in the Civil Status Authority, which led to the frustration of the crime before completing it.
It turned out that the defendants began seizing the victim’s money for fraud, by deluding the competent authorities that there is a correct marriage incident, with the aim of supporting their demands in the inheritance.
Investigations added that the first defendant – not from public job employees – and played a pivotal role in forgery, as he imitated the seals of the Republic’s slogan and used it in official editors that included:
• A marriage document attributed to the North Cairo Court
• Vehicle data forms attributed to the passage of Shubra
• Certificates of recruitment and exemption issued by the armed forces
• Certificates of study equation attributed to the Supreme Council of Universities
• The decision to end a false work attributed to the Egyptian National Bank
The first accused created these documents through complete synthetic, and their dowry with imitation seals was prepared in advance to deceive the official authorities.
According to the investigations, the forged documents were seized before they were officially used, which prevented the crime from completely carried out, after which the investigations that revealed the dimensions of the entire scheme, and after which the defendants were referred to the trial.
Today, Thursday, the Cairo Criminal Court sentenced a 5 -year prison imprisonment for a woman and 4 other people, after being convicted of falsifying a marriage contract in the name of producer Hossam Shawky after his death, with the aim of seizing his money and property.
