Today, Thursday, the Economic Court in Mansoura will hear the case against Al -Ahly player and the national team, Imam Ashour, who is accused of insulting and slandering one of the fans of Zamalek, in a new session to complete the consideration of the lawsuit, which is bound by 1723 of 2025.

The details of the incident are due to a communication submitted by the citizen, “Mohamed A.S., residing in the city of Sinbillawain, in which he accused the player of verbally assaulting him through a message on” Facebook “, after Zamalek won the African Super title.
The Sinbillawain Misdemeanor Court had previously ruled that it was not competent to the case, and referred it to the competent economic court, after the defense was stabbed with the lack of spatial jurisdiction.
The past sessions witnessed an exchange of accusations between the two parties, as the player’s defense was stabbed by the absence of an artistic report proving the ownership of the accusation, while submitting documents stating that his client was insulted by the complainant in previous publications.
