The beginning is due to the security services in the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the operating room stating that a communication had been received by a housewife after she had a hair dye in the village of Al -Harajia in the Qus Center, and immediately a security force moved to the site of the accident.
By moving and examining, it was found that FAM, at the age of 20 years, is a housewife, after she had a hair dye in the village of Al -Haraja in the Qus Center, and the body was transferred to the morgue of Qus Central Hospital at the disposal of the competent authorities.
A report of the incident was released and the investigation authorities were notified to undertake the investigations, which cost the Criminal Investigation Department to intensify efforts to uncover the circumstances of the accident.
