The local unit of the Baba Center and City in Beni Suef, headed by Mohamed Bakri, launched intense rationing campaigns in implementation of the directives of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, to follow the markets and control the ration violations.

The campaigns resulted in the editing of a number of records that included a variety of violations, most notably the collection of rations supported by the intention of selling them on the black market, and disposing of quantities of oil and subsidized sugar, as well as carrying out a commercial activity without a license, and legal measures were taken against violators.
In the same context, the local unit continued its field efforts in cleaning files, raising occupations and improving the level of services, as more than 55 tons of waste were raised from multiple streets, which included the medical center, health insurance and Sultanah buildings, and the quantities were supplied to the organic fertilizer factory in the desert back at the Samasta Center.
