Khalifa Al -Silic, CEO of the Security Industry Regulatory Foundation, “Serra”, received Dr. Teno Eggelman, Director of the Federal Bureau of German Criminal Customs, in the presence of Sultan Al -Qamzi, Director of Retailed Commodities Department, with the aim of exchanging experiences and seeing best practices in the security sector. Ijalman was briefed on the various specialties of the institution and the nature of its work in managing protection and prevention systems, as the visit included an introductory meeting and a field tour about the institution’s facilities. The field tour included a visit to the security systems surveillance room, where the Foundation’s experts are working to develop the latest security programs to keep pace with the security and safety requirements in Dubai, and review the mechanism of operating these programs
