The Cairo Criminal Court, held in the Fifth Settlement, today, Tuesday, May 20, sentenced the Luder driver accused of running an engineer using a loader bulldozer inside a construction sites in the Fifth Settlement area in New Cairo with life imprisonment.

The investigation authorities referred the accused to the Criminal Court, after investigations revealed that he deliberately ran over the victim, in the case of the loader, in an incident witnessed by a construction site under construction, on May 15.
The security services were able to seize the accused and the heavy stomach used in the crime, a report of the incident was edited, and the prosecution was referred to him, who was charged with premeditated murder, to end the trial today with a sentence of life imprisonment.
On the other hand, the competent court decided to imprison Muhammad Mamdouh Al -Ma’i, the owner of Al -Shorouk Securities Trading Company, 3 years in 3 cases of monument, where 3 years imprisonment was issued against him in each case against the background of accusing him of installing citizens in the case known as the stock exchange.
