Major General Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Wahab Al Khalifa, Director General of the General Traffic Department, expressed his full pride in the unlimited support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, and the relevant follow -up from the first team, His Excellency Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, to develop the government work system and enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided to citizens and residents.
He explained in a statement on the occasion of the administration obtaining the golden category classification within the fifth session of the government services evaluation program that this distinction embodies the administration’s commitment to applying best practices in the field of customer service, and its continuous endeavor to improve the work environment and employ modern technologies within a comprehensive vision aimed at achieving institutional excellence.
