Abu Dhabi: «Gulf» The General Authority for Pension and Social Insurance confirmed that there are several conditions for obtaining medical retirement in the Emirates. The authority stated through the X platform, that there are three cases covered by the early retirement program, namely: chronic and incurable diseases that make the employee inappropriate, and therefore unable to perform his work tasks in the required manner, or a deficit that prevents the employee and permanently from practicing any profession or doing a work that earns from him, or a deficit that affects permanently the employee, so he cannot work in his authentic profession or to gain in general.
